Hello, I have my grandma, jbm mj800 when she stopped baking, her wooden abgebettelt and get along well with it (was not very old, they had a new time granted). Sometimes I think, on metal or marble, the dough might not stick so and sometimes I think to myself, metal would veilleicht hygienic because you then also times can be put in the dishwasher and do not just want to quickly wash over it. On the other hand, the slightly rough surface of the wood also has the advantage that the dough it is not so derived and one can perhaps better roll ?! lg Morgaine

I had until recently a wooden rolling pin, but that after 20 years of use, began to lose balls of the ball bearings. After a long search, I then decided to go for one made of silicone of Kaiser. I do not have the using normal fingerings and taken with the superscript. It was my best in my hand and I'm very happy with it. The negative reviews that it has received from Amazon, relate almost exclusively to the fact that it is not allowed jbm mj800 in the SpüMa. But I have yet discovered no rolling pin, which may in the SpüMa. I am very pleased with the rolling pin, it rolls well, the dough sticks less as the wooden rolling jbm mj800 pin (sticky dough sticks naturally anyway) and after using it I wipe it off with a cloth, so I miss no SpüMa capability. Moin had plastic and have given it away. My ancient wooden rolling pin is still best to handle. It's enough also completely it this hot rinse. With the rough side of the sponge over it and good. Wood is antibacterial. I wonder why most professionals hhaben a meat chopping block (or whatever they're called) of wood? If there are in plastic tiny quirks jbm mj800 collects as well the dirt in it. So small that you can not see it with the naked eye. Since I prefer wood. LG
