Hello zusamen! I hope you beats the April weather not too much on the mood or with you it is not raining and you just bright sunshine :-) That would be perfect. If it is me in here too dark and dreary, I look out the window and just simply'm happy that grow on the daffodils and primroses everywhere. The rays almost as beautiful as the sun. Last week, we treated ourselves to a little vacation and went to Holland to the sea. The weather was rather mixed but it was still very nice. The beach is then at least on its own :-) and build castles, collecting shells and fly kites can be even without sun. A small recipe I also still for you. That was another gastrodex one of those "what is more in the fridge" flash recipe. but we did good. Even frozen and made again warm it was still delicious. We had whole wheat pasta to, but would sure taste good with rice.
Recipe pdf For 4 servings gastrodex (without garnish) about 160 kcal / port. 1 tsp oil for frying 400g skinless chicken breast red pepper 1 zucchini 1 onion 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tsp sugar 150ml water 100ml light cream for cooking (7% fat) ground paprika sweet salt oregano First you cut the meat and vegetables into narrow strips or slices. Then you heat the oil in a skillet and will cook the meat on it. When it is cooked, take it out of the pan and puts it aside. Then give her peppers, zucchini and onions in the pan and will cook even the vegetables for a few minutes. Add the meat back and stir in the tomato paste. Then their water and cooking cream give to let everything boil once and taste with pepper, salt, sugar and oregano from. Best wishes and blessed Easter!
