Saturday 1 February it was räkfest at the Scandinavian Club. The club's premises were for the evening prepared with 6 oblique long table, covered with white paper tablecloths, beautiful table decoration with plates, glasses and cutlery placed. It was a 7o's members who have registered an interest in the party and most of them arrived early to get a good seat. At the appointed time, the courtroom filled with party dressed, excited, buzzing participants bizerba slicer and the party could begin. The club's manager, Arne Blomkvist welcomed everyone, and then the evening principal, bizerba slicer head chef, Stefan Nordlund, informed that the purchased frozen prawns were thawed in saline, which he believed would affect the taste. Soon it became several bowls, plenty of shrimp on the tables along with aioli sauce and mayonnaise for additional seasoning and biscuits as snacks. The prawns were good and tasty and the dishes were soon empty. The availability of shrimp was great and the club's own catering staff were quick to fill the bowls but also to fill the glasses with the beverage bizerba slicer that was included in the price. Later that evening. After dinner was the club's talented kitchen staff prepared a cheese board and coffee. The evening ended with draw profits from most selling lotteries.
