COPD sufferers miss the good health effects because there is no training program for the rehabilitation program. Now NST and Norut developed solutions that facilitate and shall encourage continued training.
More than 200,000 Norwegians suffer from the chronic lung disease COPD, and the number is increasing. By 2030 comes COPD to be the third leading cause of death worldwide. A new research from the University of Oslo shows that a majority of COPD patients stop exercising after completing the rehabilitation program even though they know that exercise improves quality of life. Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine (NST) and Research Group institute has been based on the need for easier training tortadíszítés and rehabilitation programs for these patients to develop solutions that encourage exercise.
