Audrey, Jarvis and Marcus sat 4/5 while Sandra sat 3/5. It tasted very Thai, but Sandra had problems with acid and added sugar. Personally, I had trouble with chilli farther into soup I arrived. There is not much energy in the soup so we served with jasmine rice and hipster-IPA.
- There is no wholesome soup. We had 300g unpeeled shrimp and it was too little, ought to have 500g. Likewise, we should have had more mushrooms in. We had probably both too much and too much lemongrass lime leaves in.
We had heard of Niklas brother the chef that you should use frozen lime leaves and not dried as they dried tastes like hay. Therefore, it was a visit to Hung Fat. There were not only frozen lime leaves without a full Tom Yum kit with lime leaves, galangal, straw mushrooms, chili, large-leaved coriander and lemon grass. We hit on it and a Tom Yum kryddpasta. Good - because neither Niklas and I ate Tom Yum before so we felt it was a bit difficult to know how the law should electric citrus juicer taste. The large frozen shrimp we jumped over, but instead bought fresh "Swedish".
So there we were with a bunch of ingredients and did not know what we would do ... We had to improvise. We peeled prawns and boiled shell and head to a broth. We realized later that it would have been better if we had boiled galangal lime leaves and lemon grass with the basin and then jacked off. Chili, those who wanted to take. That's like saying some chili in kryddpastan. We served with lots of bread (not so thai maybe ...) and beer.
We like spicy food and the taste of the soup was good. But we lacked a bit of substance, it was a little lonely with just shrimp and mushrooms. We compared Pho which is among the most delicious in the project so far on our list. So it was just approved - 2/5 of the grade. The children gave the thumb down. It will be fun to order a "real" Tom Yum to compare when we get to Thailand. It's quite a big difference in flavor when making wok at home against when buying in Thai restaurants.

You are as lovely as always


Have the urge to start blogging again, so I take and dams of my dear blog. Blog The urge hit me as I stood and moved into a goulash soup the other day and enjoyed. Autumn food is so wonderfully inspired (he he, what food is not it?) And I got a huge urge to write about my goulash, ggmgastro the beauty of autumn and the joy of slow cooking. But I did not do it but I'm starting on my blogging with what should have been a given success. HA! Baked shrimp soup. (Serves 4) Secure! ggmgastro Hrpff! Scale 500 gr shrimp. ggmgastro Fry the shells, together with an onion, a carrot and chili that you hacked. Fry for a while in olive oil and then in 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir thoroughly. Pour in 4 cups water and 3 tablespoons lobster fund. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the soup, pour back into the saucepan. Stir in 5 cups whipping cream and bring to the boil. Season with s & p and cayenne pepper. Then let the soup cool a bit. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, to roll you out four puff pastry sheets and brush them with egg. Divide the prawns into four serving bowls and pour even in the soup. Place puff pastry on plates with the penciled side down. Brush the top side also. This is now starting to get really, really ggmgastro frustrated. You believe that the biggest ggmgastro mistake you can make is to get the prawns for tough, but you're wrong. Smördegseländena not stick properly. EVERYONE (except ggmgastro me) at my job doing 5:2 and becomes so amazingly thin and fine (I'm ggmgastro not included in that group either ) so IF you have some tips on what you can eat on the 500-kcal day so MAYBE I'm inspired to try. Yesterday was it that said the rest was on the schedule for a Tuesday in Malmö with clip, color and lunch. As I lay on the sofa in pajamas type all day and watched Netflix, but at night I was visited by Hanna and Sophie who came with prawns, wine and cheese. Do you understand what friends?

Since I was always out in time with my dinner plans (hear irony ...) so I had to use the fish that


Yesterday we would have a couple of friends with their kids over for dinner and then I got on me that I would bid on Japanese. Sashimi what the first thing I thought of and I wanted to make rice paper spring rolls because it was so long ago, even if it's not Japanese. Hm, but more time ... I came to think of a noodle salad I've seen at Coop with scallops static mixer and decided to make a variation of it as well as a salad with just vegetables in. So this was dinner! Before dinner, static mixer or just when we sat down to table, I served miso soup with finely shredded spring onions and diced tofu, but took unfortunately nothing short of it. We had set the table with only sticks and no silverware, but since I did not have any small round bowls for the soup we were producing spoons when it became difficult to drink out of the square bowls. To the dishes were served even wasabi paste, Japanese soy sauce, gari (pickled ginger) and extra sesame seeds.
Since I was always out in time with my dinner plans (hear irony ...) so I had to use the fish that were frozen available static mixer and therefore the choice was cod, salmon and scallops. I was a little unsure static mixer about cod tame taste would feel a little pale in the context, but it turned out to become the most valued right!
I sliced it in about half a centimeter thin slices and put them slightly overlapping on a platter. Leaned over a little lime juice, maximum a quarter fruit and reefs over a little lime zest. I then dripped over a little of the marinade to nudelsalladen consisting of sesame oil, Japanese soy sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Around the fish I sprinkled shredded spring onions and finely diced radish.
The salmon I washed so I got even bits of tenderloin and seared then quickly in oil in a skillet. Turned ago steak surfaces in white and black sesame seeds before I cut the fish into thin slices. Served together with lime wedges pea sprouts.
The spring rolls I had thought would be vegetarian, but changed my mind since and even had the little shrimp. I have previously made spring rolls with noodles and a little different fillings in, but this time had only vegetables and shrimp in. It is difficult to say exactly how much vegetables I had in, but I prepared before thin strips of zucchini, avocado, static mixer carrot static mixer ( planed thin with mandolin (slicer and then cut into strips), radish, cucumber and chopped shrimp and fresh cilantro.
Place a kitchen towel (lint free) and moisten it with water. Boil the water in a traktör-/stekpanna (not cast iron) and soak the rice paper at a time for 15-20 seconds. Place the rice paper on the towel and add any filling. I had vegetables and other things as above and stroked a little sambal oelek on before I rolled the spring rolls. Fold up the bottom edge, then sides, and finally wrap up the spring roll. I sprinkled over some mixed sesame seeds and sliced static mixer scallions.
In nudelsalladen I had shiritakinudlar, finely shredded iceberg lettuce, salladlök, finely chopped chilli and coriander. Mixed a marinade with canola oil, sesame oil, Japanese soy sauce, lime juice, grated ginger, grated static mixer garlic and chopped chilli. Seared scallops quickly and served in the salad. I should not have let iceberg lettuce lie so long in the marinade so it had retained static mixer more of its crunchiness.
In the fine-tuning, the salad I had carrot, radish, static mixer parsnip, static mixer turnip and unripe mango. You can use any root vegetables you like and likewise ripe mango and / or papaya. Squeezed lime juice, grated garlic, coriander and chilli worked as a dressing. For those of you who wonder what the kids ate so they got a taste of the dishes they wanted, static mixer and there were both noodles and shredded vegetables without marinade and pankopanerad fried cod.

So very good! I like when you do that you, pick a little of everything good and makes a buffet where all akan taste what they like or dare to try. Good also to make similar to the children. I'm a bit tired of everyone always assume that kids just like pizza, tacos and meat sauce. Hug! (I'm bad at that comment static mixer right now, but reading your blog anyway).
Amazing, to say the least, everything looks and sounds so incredibly good. As we wrote on Instagram then it was typical that we would have dinner guests, otherwise it would have almost been worth a long bike ride up and sit at your dining table :) So fun when done food in this way, in theme. Feels extremely suitable also for our part, it is planned namely a bit for the weekend's upcoming exercises when we finally do grab a cooking project that we waited a long time. Going in Japanese static mixer characters there too :) I also like your food philosophy for the kids, they eat so much more than many parents give them credit for. Cheer! Hug on you

Happy new year! Now the New Year celebrations end for us. Emin sleeping soundly in her bed. But much chocolate and crisps was. Elin had fixed Leila's rocky road, which was divine. Could not stop eating them. For an appetizer we cooked avocado with mayonnaise and cigarrbörek. The main dish had Elin whacked moose steak with potatoes and gravy. dremax The dessert was the Ris a la Malta. Super Happy! Yum .... starter, I got inspiration from http://matplatsen.org/?p=1404 But I fixed skagen mess himself. Skagen 500 gr shrimp 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup creme fraiche 2 tablespoons chopped dremax dill Salt & Lemon Pepper Chop the prawns and mix it all together. Cigarrbörek with feta cheese filling 20 pieces of phyllo for cigarrbörek (triangular shape) Filling 200 gr feta cheese 1 bunch chopped parsley Salt & Pepper Chili Mix the filling, put in filodegens edge and roll into a cigar. Deep-frying in oil.

Recent Posts A last glimpse


DREAM JOURNEY We take off on our long-awaited trip around Asia! We have no fixed plans, no itineraries to follow. We follow the feeling and what we feel for the day. It will be wonderful, here on the blog, you can follow us. Me and my loved Viktor, on OUR trip.
Am I told you about, the curry at the hotel, cookworks juicer was very successful. God so good it was, this curry is a traditional dish consisting of several small dishes. We got lots of small bowls on the table, a curry with shrimp, a curry with chicken, "papdams" which are small savory crispy bread, a lentil stew, eggplant in a sauce, small potatoes any lökröra and rice. It was really good, everything is a little strong, but just right. The picture above was taken by the chef himself, think it was the first time she was holding a camera, which explains the picture quality ;) Yesterday we went to a very small beach "Jungle cookworks juicer Beach" a piece from Unawatuna It is really hidden behind a jungle and you will down to the beach via a path. It was a cozy place. Last night's sunset on the hotel patio. Right now we are the only guests there, so it's very quiet and peaceful. Last night we took a tuktuk to the "Galle fort" for dinner. (Fort that we were on for a couple of days ago). We found a very cozy restaurant. The food there made us not disappointed. We ate good thin, tortilla bread which we filled ourselves with goodies from the various bowls. It is very kind of food here that one caterpillar with. Sri Lankans themselves're eating everything cookworks juicer with your fingers, until the rice casseroles. Unawatuna Beach today. Tonight we will have dinner inside the "Galle Fort" again. We need namely to go in there to take out money. Strangely, there is not a single ATM machine here in Unawatuna which is one of Sri Lanka's major tourist destinations. But that does not make us that much, we have, after all, all the time in the world over here. Moreover, "Galle fort" a very cozy place with wonderful little restaurants. To mark the occasion, I also help in the kitchen of his younger brother.
